1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Techzex Software Pvt. Ltd. provides website development, digital marketing, custom software development, HRMS, CRM, fleet management and related IT services. Specific service terms are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Project Agreements
All projects require a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, payment terms and deliverables. Work begins only after an advance payment as agreed in the project contract.
4. Payments
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainer services are payable at the start of each month.
5. Intellectual Property
Custom-developed software, websites and code are owned by the client upon full payment. Our standard products (Nexova suite) remain the intellectual property of Techzex Software. NDA and IP protection can be arranged for offshore projects.
6. Revisions and Changes
Project scope changes after approval may require revised timelines and additional charges. We will inform you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
