1. Overview
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for project work and monthly retainers provided by Techzex Software Pvt. Ltd.
2. Project Advance Payments
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has started, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement. If work has not started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting administrative costs.
3. Milestone Payments
Payments against completed milestones or delivered modules are non-refundable.
4. Monthly Retainers
Retainer services may be cancelled with written notice as defined in your agreement (typically 15–30 days). Fees already billed for the current period are usually non-refundable.
5. Product Licenses
Licensing terms for Nexova and other products are covered in the product agreement. Refunds for software licenses follow that contract.
6. How to Request Cancellation
Email info@techzexsoftware.com with your project reference and reason. We will confirm next steps in writing.
